This new intermediate class is a variation on "longstitch variations" that Chris loves to sew, and the binding stitch finally has beads! Your book will look remarkably similar to the model now on display with dragon paper on the covers. Most of the class time will be spent on binding and page variations. The inside blue papers are wrap-around signature covers, pockets, or darker blue elements...lots of possibilities.

Student supply list: Bring your Basic Kit, plus

  • Japanese screw punch
  • paper trimmer
  • 12 inch metal ruler
  • cutting mat and Xacto or scalpel
  • Bone folder
  • ATG gun or red line tape
  • PVA or UHU glue stick
  • Book cradle
    Optional: Decorative edge scissors and punches or other elements would be nice to add if you have them.
